Account has reset to level back to level 1???

Logged in to play and I’m now level 1 again, no req points, no armor, no req packs? I was level 48 and I’m not happy. What happened

Try to close the game and try again

This happens to everybody at least once, the data will return in time or by restarting the game and/or console.

Try this; It’s probably your console failing to reach the servers. A hard reset on your console usually works.
