Hello,
Since the patch my game stats have reset/failed to sync. For example my game hours, favourite/most successful hero reset.
As well as this my level is froze and bugged, on main screen it says my old level of 49 and also says this in game lobby, however if I go into service record my real level is revealed(50).
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Which platform are you using?
Have you tried using the other platform, if possible?
Does the Campaign data on Halo Waypoint match with the stats you had before the reset?

Thanks for your reply. I have played on both xbox one and pc, I only play pc now. My stats are bugged on both platforms as I logged into xbox one just to check. Secondly my stats on halo waypoint are correct, however do not match to my in game service record.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for letting me know. From what it sounds like, there may be a glitch with the save that is located in the cloud. You might try deleting your local and cloud save so that the game is forced to retrieve your stats from the database. I’m not sure how to do this on PC, but on Xbox, you can do this by pressing the Menu button while highlighting Halo Wars 2 and selecting “Manage Game”.
Note: This will likely remove all Campaign unlocks, since those are usually stored locally to allow for offline play. Your stats will not be deleted, but you will probably have to play through the Campaign again and unlock skulls and Phoenix Logs if you wish to use them.
