Account charged for REQs, no packs recieved

Just wondering who I should contact about this.

I bought two silver REQ packs about 20 minutes ago, and while my payment method was charged, an error screen popped up each time saying “Something went wrong, please try again later” (not sure what the specific error code was, since the only way to see this screen again is to try and re-purchase the REQ pack, potentially costing me some more money). I didn’t receive EITHER REQ pack, but my payment method showed two $2.25 withdrawals. I’ve tried restarting the game to see if the REQ packs would show up in my “open packs” section, and i’ve tried going through my collection to see if anything new was added, but nothing works; these mystery packs stole my money and vanished.

Any help, or directions on who to contact about this, would be appreciated.

Same issue, I bought two gold packs earlier today and didn’t get either of them and I’ve been checking continually. Frustrating, to say the least.

You could try contact Xbox Support and continue to the Billings support section. They will be able to help you either get your content or reverse the payments.
