Hi team
When I’ve been logging in I get an error stating that your servers could not authorize my account or sync my profile.
When this doesn’t occur, my profile comes up but I have no access to requisitions (points or in game reqs for warzone), nor any access to all my unlocked items.
I have tried hard resetting my console, clearing cache, checked the privacy and restricition settings on my modem, checked my internet connection and tried deleting local saves off my Xbox one. NONE OF THIS HAS WORKED.
Please help me fix this ASAP
Update: specific error message is as follows
“error authorizing user with halo 5 guardians services”
Please fix this 343 this is complete crap. This isn’t affecting any other users who are in the same locale as me it is only my account confirmed by asking other friends playing who live nearby.
You are not the only one this happens to. Sometimes I have to restart the game 3 times before everything syncs. That said hard reset, is necessary if restarting the game doesn’t work. That works for me.
Hey I realise I’m not the only one. Just stating facts to establish that it’s not my internet connection as others in my area weren’t experiencing the issue.
I literally tried for hours to get it working and nothing I did helped. I ended up going to chat support for xbox one with microsoft and they performed an “account refresh” which seemed to fix everything!
