First off, the new microtransactions bullcrap that had been infecting(lol) companies is really starting to piss me off.
I was pretty amazed that they have req packs that cost 100 DOLLARS.
I clicked on it, accidentally hit A again, and now we have a 100$ charge for something I didn’t have any intention of falling for.
Does anyone know if this can be refunded?
Call Microsoft customer support.
Bro, all your fault. Enjoy the 47 REQs though.
$2.94 per pack. Not including the 13 “free” ones. What a rip off.
Bull crap that was an accident. Ive worked customer service for years and have heard that so many times.
Can you open them all first ? ")
I’m so jealous lol. I want them
The official policy is no refunds.

It was an accident. I would never spend actual money on this crap. I haven’t opened any so hopefully they’ll remove them and we’ll get our $100 back

Not risking the whole, “well since you used it we can’t refund it” lol
You “accidentally” continued to press A, multiple times, to purchase a REQ pack? Oh, my…
There are ways to completely stop an accident such as this. You have nobody to blame but yourself. And why would you press A to begin with? The only thing that comes up is payment options. Surely you can’t be feeling sorry for yourself.
Thats a rough lesson in online transactions you just learned there. The lesson: whenever involved with online financial transactions, read the small print and pay extremely good attention to what buttons you’re pressing. I think that sucks but can guarantee you that you wont be receiving a refund. From their prospective your pressing the button was the same as signing a contract. Good luck though.

IT WAS TWICE. ONCE TO SEE WHAT IT WAS AND I CLICKED A ON ACCIDENT. Jesus Christ you people. Not a password verification, nothing.
How did you press the A button by “accident”? Not only to you have to push A twice, you also have to confirm the payment if you’re using a credit card.
Literally someone can just get on my Xbox and buy 18,000$ of video games

They don’t, actually.
Personally, I’m amazed you managed to pull off such a feat. Get in contact with Microsoft, maybe they can help you out.

That’s why you set a password for marketplace transactions.
