While i left halo 5 unattended, my nephews accidentally purchased a REQ back bundle that was expensive. I called Microsoft right away and they refunded the money but were not able to remove the additional packs. Since i didn’t pay for them I would like to do the honest thing. Is there a way to remove them with out resetting all the other items i have earned?
