Accidental challenge reset

i dont know how i did it, but i got 1 of the daily challenges done today, and then i got off, but when i got back on reach they were all reset… im scared to keep playing and get them again because i am not sure if i will get banned.

Can anyone clarify if i can continue to play tonight?
