Yep. If you keep killing teammates for any reason at a high rate you’re likely to get banned.

Ya it doesn’t know what accidental betrayal is. All it sees is you killing your teamates.
You can also get a betrayal from an enemies kill glitching and transferring to you.
I know that if you betray the same person twice they get the option to ban you, which in GRIFBALL happens a lot. Little tip, don’t ban you team mates in GRIFBALL, it’s better for them to accidentally kill you mabye 3 times then lose a team mate. So in the end it’s up to the person you killed 2 times to ban you or not
