I do not have access to Oddball or Extraction in my War Games Lobby Playlist. I installed disk 2, and it should have come with it.
Does anyone else have this issue or a remedy to it?

Do you mean when you go to select a playlist in Matchmaking, or when you set up Custom Games? To play those gametypes, play in the Multi-Team playlist for Oddball, Team Throwdown for Extraction, and Majestic Team DLC for both (you have to own the Majestic Map Pack, though.)
If it doesn’t show up in Custom Games, I recommend reinstalling the Disc 2 stuff after deleting it. I don’t know how that’s down, though. You may want to Google it.
