The Office of Naval Intelligence is an Intelligence Gathering Community over Halo:Reach Supervising Clans and Communities as Monitors and Mediators for and against Clans and Communities. We are currently stretched far and thin across a Database of +60 Clan(s) and Communitie(s) with Trusted Sources or “Connections” in all of them.
