A couple problems, probably noob bc i haven’t played in a while :

  • Firstly, sometimes, when I try logging on, matchmaking isn’t available, but my xb one is connected to the internet and everything else works fine, were the servers taken down?
  • Secondly, this one is probably due to the first issue, but my stats seem to have been reset, and i can only access base armory, etc…

When you downloaded the game to your Xbox One, did you make sure the game’s save files were stored in the cloud on your 360? If not, that’s the first thing you should do. You should be good once that’s done. Additionally, this is more for any extra content you may want, check your available add-ons for Reach on your Xbox One.

Reach matchmaking servers aren’t going anywhere anytime soon
