I hope 343 sees this. I’m loving most of the game so far. It plays great and I’m liking the art direction.
I’ve been playing Halo from the beginning and have enjoyed all of the games immensely, even some of the more controversial ones.
But I have never been so frustrated at a leveling system. I decided I was going to play for hours today, but stopped 2 matches in after receiving no points. All of my challenges are based on playing obscure game modes or using obscure weapons that only show up on a few maps. Honestly, this annoyed me so much that I might just hold off on playing a lot until they patch it with an normal xp system. It aggravates me because I really want to play, but hate being distracted by these nonsense tasks mid-game.
