i find it annoying that i can’t add my gamercard to it. it tells me that the bbcode is restricted. what the hell?
Now i tried to just add simple plain text to my sig, and it told me

Signatures needlessly clutter the page. I would prefer it if bios were brought back so you can learn more about a user if interested, without being forced to view content that has no relevance to the current discussion.

Quite so.
One advantage to sigs - with avatars limited to a pre-made list, sigs were what I was hoping to use to tell at a glance who made a particular post. Obviously the name’s at the top, so it’s not a major thing, but it’s a nice bit.
Signatures were pretty useless and are distracting from what someone has posted.
