About the x2 xp on spartan ops

I know to enter it we need to complet all 10 spartan ops.To get the 10 games of xp do we need to do spartan ops on legendary.or it would not matter?

I know that but i am wondering if it has to be on a difficulty settings.

It seems that the difficulty does not matter as you can see it is not mentioned on the Terms and Conditions
