I have been told that we get the specialization codes when the community reaches a certain milestone. Is this true? If it is, is there somewhere I can check how far we are from reaching it?

I wish I could give more information, but that’s the closest time frame as to when they will be released.

They won’t necessarily be releasing ‘codes’. They will probably just unlock it for everyone.
Do you mean new specs like past the ones that are already out? Meaning expanding the 130 level cap?

This appears to be a response to the Level 70 cap only, not future +130 specializations.
