It’s spoiler free. Just shows how Master Chief became a Spartan, then a fighting scene. It’s safe.

It’s not really spoilerish. The last part is a little bit of a stretch but most fans of have heard of the Didact. 343 has been hinting at his return in Halo 4 for a while now and it appears he’s one of the main antagonists of Halo 4.
Though you really should watch the trailer. You are missing out if you don’t, it’s really good.
It doesn’t really spoil anything that anyone who read the novels or knows of the backstory of the Master Chief would know already. Although you get a better look at the ancient evil though.
