Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done with it or is it just there as eye candy?
You have to find a coin in the open world section to insert to play it. That’s why it’s asking you to “insert coin”.

Through the Trees sounds amazing in 8-bit !
If all it does is play 8 bit music then what’s the point

It’s a joke, an easter egg.
If you look around the room where it’s located, there are Marines and a Brute passed out with bottles in their hands or nearby… this is implying they all partied and played Halo Infinite together.
Like someone said previously, you have to just find a coin before you can proceed by playing Halo Infinite.
I wish you could of been able to play it…
The point is it’s a fun easter egg…?
