Just plowed through the campaign on legendary by myself to get the Mark IV + the visor. And lo and behold, I didn’t get it. Merry Christmas to me. After a few minutes of researching I now realize why I didn’t (not the only one apparently), so I really do not need the ‘well, you gotta do this!’ deal.

Mark IV?
It’s not that hard to understand, armor unlock in Halo 4 are tied to commendations. To unlock the Mark VI you need all of the legendary campaign commendations, you cannot earn commendations offline so without them you cannot unlock it.
Yeah it might be frustrating but come on, don’t overreact. I messed up and had to do the first four levels again solo legendary to get my armor but it was my fault. I did them again, got my armor and never bothered to wear it because it’s old and dusty. If I wanted to look like a Master Chief clone I’d play Halo 2.

I, like many others, was told, “You gotta beat Legendary for the armor.” I did that. And the armor itself does not even show up in the menus until you unlock it, so it never says “Get these commendations (which btw can only be earned while online [which is complete -Yoink- btw])in order to unlock this.”

I’m not overreacting. A bomb threat would be overreacting. I’m giving a very tempered response that this dumb company doesn’t even come close to deserving.
On another note: who wants to do some campaign with me? Yea boiiiiiii.
