It gets well…uploaded to sites like well…you know, and people who have a JTAG Xbox can run the game burned to a disc.
It was hilarious watching that one dude get banned on his own livestream when Reach got leaked. Forgot what his name was though.

Well, short version? Modified Xbox and Game stolen.
Won’t happen with Halo 4; Microsoft has better defences than Bungie does.
