Only 343 explains!
As a game with thousands of fans turns to dust?
Why is it so difficult to keep good ideas and remove the bad?
I was fanatical about this game, now can not even play so ridiculous that was.
The Spartans seem to have left the Dragon Ball, they lost a soldier’s posture.
Please someone could delete the character Locke? It is not meant for Halo!

Nice haiku, but, as with most poetry, I don’t really understand what you’re trying to say.
The new Halo is not was it was, and it should not be, we should advance in the game and strive for something better and more to our liking, at least for those of us who do miss some of the past things that made us love the game in the first place. I do agree with your point to me the Spartans now look like power rangers instead of the classic warriors of old halo with better customizations and load outs, I am not fond of Halo 5, but I am trying. I will also put hope that the future release will be more fluid in movement and more of what we expect in my opinion the hype was way over sold, and is not truly Halo any more. But this is what we got for better or WORSE make due with it till 343 learns about what everyone or at least what the serious Halo player wants in a game. The Game play the feel it needs work. And for the record I agree Loche not a great character in his assigned position.

It’s not hard for me to go get some nostalgia from MCC (the bugs there don’t bug me, hah). Point is, some of us halo vets enjoy the evolution and mystery about what the next halo title holds. Is halo 5 perfect? Nah. Is it as good as old halo? Maybe not, due to the nostalgia goggles that are permaglued to my face. Am I enjoying halo 5? ABSOLUTELY. I get that fans voice their complaints because they CARE. Just make sure you don’t group others in your own opinion to make it seem like your voice is the only that matters. If the game lost players faster than Halo 4 is it really advancing? Is the req system really a better and more rewarding way to unlock armors when compared to the way they were unlocked in Halo 3? The only thing that we can objectively say was advanced was forge. Even then we are missing the basic community features that must come with a successful forge, a filebrowser (we have a fileshare that is named a filebrowser) and something along the lines of “Bungie’s Favorites” (It obviously wouldn’t have that name).

I to have been playing for years and I agree the story must continue things must evolve. and I am not saying that I do not find enjoyment from it at all I do, but I was expecting more then they gave us. I do not think this Halo 5 is up to the standard of look or feel, not even close to it. I do not like the fact that so much of the winning formula that was My beloved Halo was either forgotten or completely changed, I do think new sites new maps added game play should always come. I am not a novice to the franchise like many here. I think that they changed to much for this installment. of Halo 5 and not for the better. And Yes I am still having some fun with it but some frustration but I will keep at it.

I have a solution to the history of Halo!
Chief continues sleeping in deep sleep in space (after Halo 3), it has a dream (nightmare) with the Forerunner, Locke and Cortana. (Halo 4 and 5). Chief is awakened by Cortana after feeling an impact on the ship. Chief does not know if it was just a dream or a vision of what was to come.
(But surely it was just a nightmare because the threat would be another, as yet unknown).

I play Halo since the launch of the first. I prefer to continue in Chief Collection and Reach.

Perhaps this game deserves another name.
‘Locke - The Power Ranger’ at least people would not buy thinking it was Halo.
