Why does it have so many sparks? And why is it amber? I liked the one from the trailer; smooth, and blue. The one from the screen shots looks like -Yoink-. The sparks make it look like you got stuck with the dis-functional piece of -Yoink- because it was the only AA left.

This is kind of off topic since its strictly canon, but I’m interested in what you mean. Do you mean how they are some what difficult to navigate through 0-G, or how if they get damaged you can find your self tumbling through space? Or both?

Both and I feel like its in game look reflects its nature in other aspects of canon, thats all I ment.

I really want to know why its being used in normal gravity. I thought it was strictly 0-G. Could its normal gravity use be the reason for all the sparks?

This.
Mostly, though, I’m just glad Evade is back (At least some version of it!)
The ones in the teaser are designed for zero gravity environments. The Armor Ability version is for use in-atmosphere. At least that’s why I think there is so much of a trail, it takes a lot of force to propel a one-ton chunk of human-shaped metal forward at those speeds.
I don’t mind it, personally. I could go either way.

Well, from a logical stand point of view, the sparks are a visual indicator that the thrusters are working much harder to push the Spartan forward in the atmosphere, having to deal with gravity and G-forces, while in zero G, the thrusters only need a minimal amount of force to push the Spartan forward.
