a weird truth

every match is supposely a simulation our spartans have to endure what dying feels like more often than realized

Yeah it is, it finally explains why there’s Spartan killing each other a lot in Halo games and they finally explain it.

back then i just felt a bunch of spartans just went off killing each other for sport

Well technically they just have to endure the pain of getting shot (which is actually a practice used today). Seeing how its a simulation, its more likely that they sorta just “shut off” when they reach a damage threshold, so they don’t succumb to shock.

I think they go to armor lock like chief did in Halo 3.

true no one that uses vr fully feels like the game is completely real

they should definitely decide to add voices for our spartans like in reach

They should

Of course these are simulations, Spartan.
What else did you think? That you were killing your fellow men?
… and then what, that they were magically revived after each death?

Of course not!
I thought it was clear, UNSC Infinity has War Games… Simulations…

Unless you’re sent on a real mission, you’re just training in the sims.

Better die in a sim than in reality, because here, you won’t respawn.

I don’t want to die in the Matrix. I rather die and not worry about spawning and get killed again.

i prefer to get gud to avoid getting killed
