A way to bring in Armor Lock

Trust me, this thread isn’t what you think it is. So please read before you comment.

Bring in Armor Lock as a thing that each Spartan does, automatically, when they fall from an absurdly high location. You wouldn’t even be likely to find a location high enough unless you bailed out of a Banshee in Warzone or Campaign. It doesn’t make you invincible, it doesn’t do any damage to other players. All it does is provide a neat little nod to the lore of the Spartan’s MJOLNIR armor. Your Spartan hits terminal velocity, the sound of the wind rushing past you is louder than normal but then your suit starts to lock up and the volume is blocked out. Then you hit the ground with a crash that brings all the sound back. Your Spartan collapses to all fours and then takes a second to get up, perfectly healthy.

Again, it’s just an idea. I don’t really care about this not making it in the game. It just seemed like a cool little thing to bring up.

There’s a difference between armour lock and locking armour…

Sounds like a pretty cool idea for story modes…but no way do I want it in MP
