Okay first off I have no idea where this topic is supposed to go so somebody feel free to correct my placement error if it becomes an issue. Now to the thread! So in H5 we all hate the Promethians right? Especially Bullet Sponge Eternal. Well what if in Halo 6 we had a way to offset the Promethians? We all know they will be swarming all over Halo 6 and with M’dama dead the Covenant will be unprepared for any combat scenario. I say throw the Flood in to screw with the Promethians. Have the Flood be unleashed due to Cortana’s actions and possibly form an alliance with them? Not through the entire game of course, but perhaps near the end similar to how Halo 3 did it. Plus adding the Flood would give the Promethians something to shoot at other than the players. As for the Flood itself, imagine it Warzone/Firefight if said mode makes it to Halo 6, it’d be a whole new level of fun! Plus we need something creative other than the Oscorp Grunt Goblin. Get it :3 ? Anyway just think about it, having the Flood added in not only to attack the player/Master Chief but as a major distraction for Cortana and the Promethians. It’d be a great idea! I’m not saying add the Flood to every level, but mix it up a little. After all weren’t Promethian weapons specifically designed to deal with Flood? I’d love to see how effective said weapons really are at dealing with the perilous parasite.
I would love for them to return (because you really can’t get rid of the flood, but no. The flood is Bungie’s thing. 343i won’t touch it.

The Flood doesn’t belong to Bungie, and if there’s a way to profit from it, -Yoink!- won’t give 343 a choice in the matter. Also don’t forget that it was because of the community that 343i kept the weapon swap glitch, if enough people ask, the Flood will return.
