Do you ever wonder why we’re here?
Like…on Earth?
If so, I don’t care why we are because I’m enjoying it.
Honestly… Our existince defies basic physics which states that matter cannot be created or destroyed which brings up the question of where the heck matter came from. We can use religious theories etc. But we still don’t know scientifically why matter exists. We could be accidental or a part of a grand design but either does not give us an understanding of how matter came to exist. It honestly makes me feel like all of our lives are utterly pointless in a way in the sense that in the grand scheme of our entire universe our planet is less than a spec, insignificant mattering to no one but ourselves.

True, philosophers, scientists and men of god can debate and have debated for eons and it does not seem like any answer is forthcoming.
Personally life is just to be experienced and you can make of it what you will.
