It is very convincing. Yet, I don’t think this falls under leaked, because the odds of this is fan made. But if this topic gets locked, then that means it is real, maybe.
Also, can someone deciph this code?

According to the description of the video, the creator said who ever deciphs the code will see the rest of the video.
If it gets locked it doesn’t mean one thing or another. They don’t want leaked stuff posted real or fake.

It’s a fake, that Anniversary Menu at the beginning it just the CE menu with the Anniversary logo pasted on top. From what I’ve seen of the real Halo Anniversary Menu it’s got a remastered/visualise Halo ring in the background.
The Halo 4 menu however does look believable and without a doubt it was very well put together but with the glimpse of that very fake Anniversary menu the creator sold himself out so easily.
Granted, it was pretty cool, but, sorry to say, but it’ll be locked.

You guys are right, discussing leaked content real OR fake will result in a lock. But let me assure you that locking does not validate any claims, but simply is done in accordance with our TOS :). If you think a thread is likely to be locked, please do not post it at all!
