Ok so hear me out first. Facebook, twitter, instagram, youtube, and many othr sites have a verified badge for the public figures, what about gaming? When a public figure is on and they say their name to someone wouldnt it be nice to actually say “Here go look at this website and see I am verified” so that no one can say you are fake? I would want this due to it being a problem with me as well… I am a verified public figure int he music and acting industry and i wish it so that there was a way on xbox or halowaypoint to be verified so that people know you are the real deal. If you’d like to see for yourself check out my Official Page on facebook. Anyway just thoughts, have a great night!!
Probably because nobody would really care here. It’s nice to see on Facebook and Twitter that these accounts are who they claim to be, but here there is no reason to verify someone. I’m here to discuss Halo and blast some aliens.
I think here on Waypoint the only people that need to be verified are the ones that already are - those who work for 343
Considering most famous public figures are known by their gamertag I don’t see the need for verified accounts.
