A triple kill should also count as a double kill for challenges

The challenge system is so weird. Why would harder to obtain multikills (triple kills, overkills, etc), not count towards the double kill challenge?

I agree and the same should be said for the spree challenges. If you have to get two killing sprees getting a killing frenzy will not count for the second one. You have to let yourself be killed in order to start another spree.

That’s your fault for playing too well. You need to be brought down a peg mister.

To play devil’s advocate… If you were asked to get 3 double kills versus 3 multikills, 3 double kills would require you to kill 6 players (2x3), while 3 multikills could potentially only need 4 (Overkill). Of course you could still get 3 double kill medals for the multikill challenge, and I’d argue that that would make the challenge more interesting since better player could ā€œspeed runā€ the challenge by getting big multikills.

But that would be more too good a system…

I wonder if you get a medal for both. You really should, and it would be easy to count toward challenges. Same with sprees.

I thought I recall the MCC having the Challenges count additional Triple and Overkills count towards Double Kills. Shame that they didn’t carry over to Infinite if that’s really the case.

A triple kill should be a nice kill and we shouldnt have to stress about pathetic 343 challenges.

It’s pretty straightforward, it’s a double kill challenge, not a multikill challenge. if it were a multikill challenge, it wouldn’t matter if you got a Killionaire or a double kill as they would both fall under multikills.

I’m pretty sure you will get a double kill medal on your way to a triple, or more. This should count. If not, it did in past Halo games. Not 100% sure with Infinite.

It would have been a general multikill challenge then. That’s what I remember the case being in the past.

pretty sure the challenge just called for multikills. not specifically double kills.

The MCC challenge is for multi-kills, it’s not double kill specific. Yet another reason why MCC challenges are better than Infinites.

If you mean that all multi-kill medals should count for the ā€˜double kill’ requirements, meh. Yes, and no, it makes sense, but at the same time, it might be better to require the actual medal, because I don’t want them screw up even more of the challenges by trying to implement this.

Yes but the fomo with these ultimate challenges is real… sometimes the weekly ultimate reward is kinda nice

Wait they don’t?!?! I’m getting tired of discovering dumb little problems like that with this game lol It’s honestly comical at this point. I don’t even get annoyed anymore, it’s more like a ā€œwell of course, why notā€ type of feeling lol

Disagree.

A triple kill is when you kill 3 people, not 2.

Double kills are not difficult.

Seriously yeah. Same goes for killing sprees; there are challenges to get 3 killing sprees and yet, if you get a fifteen kill streak, that still only counts as one. You’re actually rewarded or dying twice between kills

Yeah but these challenges suck. I’d at least attempt to fix it instead of ignoring the issue entirely.

Yea really should have just been multi kill medals. But that’s too generic for a challenge swap system.

But you must have achieved a double kill before you can achieve a triple kill.

A triple kill is a double Double Kill.
