Campaign and story: product of laziness and poor story telling. Monotonous gameplay and enemies. Discarded trash.

The BTB maps are indeed a product of laziness, though not for the reason you stated. 343 sort of “forgot” that people love BTB, so they didn’t make any maps for it. All BTB maps in Halo 5 are Forged maps from the community.
What exactly do you mean when you call the armors LGBTQ? Is that supposed to be an insult? Or are you saying that they’re all-inclusive for having so many armors?
What does it mean that the Scorpion is “Roblox”? Is that talking about how weak it is?

I know they removed the blood, and that’s stupid, but the game still deserves a Teen rating at least. Do you really want 5 year olds playing this?
I agree the REQ system is poorly implemented.
Can’t help but notice that you didn’t talk about how there are only 4 likable characters in the ENTIRE game: Chief, Buck, Yabda, and Mendicant Bias.
