lol muslim, when me and Vroman ran double prophet and did that massive EHG rush, then I forgot to upgrade my base and it got a MACed and killed by hogs.

I haven’t had a good game in a while (although I haven’t played much in a while). That makes me want to start playing again. I absolutely love 2-3 hour games. They are really dramatic and fun, win or lose.
Well I guess the only good recent game I had was against EnemyMidget and Wazzup Mang. They played well and put up a good fight. GG you guys.

I dont think going gauss against an arbiter is a good idea. Micro and Harrinate played well, but I think this link proves that arbiter + vamps + tanks > gauss + banshee
As anders on docks, it’s a good idea to go for tanks. Don’t know why, but it tends to work more. It may have to do with the limited routes that the gauss can take…

LOL why do you even post a 3 min game. sam and me where laughing and acting like ret ards in the party. The only one serious was royal

docks is the worst map for gauss. But some tanks in the middle which is the only passage way and no hog will pass , gg

Game 1 : Blood River: sadstone (Anders) vs MATLA IS (Cutter)
No way this is high level game, but it was good game from me. It is always a fun to beat someone above your own TS. Also I believe Cutter is far better leader on Blood River than Anders. Finally Blood Rivers is my worst map (next to Blood Gulch).
As suggested on this forum, I build barracs first. Then 3 marines to take my supply elevator. I did not build more than 3 hogs to collect the supplies - which are plenty on this map. Then 3 more supply pads and finally reactor.
It was a little surprise that MATLA IS did not build an elephant on this map. I think it was also a big mistake. He went barracs first also and took his supply elevator (and later reactor).
I created few more flamers to defend my hooks since I assumed he will try to capture those from me. It was good decision since he attacked twice with about 8 squads of flamers and marines mixed. Both attacks was easily stopped with my upgraded flamers and gunner hogs.
I scouted him before the second infantry attack to my hooks and saw him going tanks and infantry. I decided to go with canny scorpions, focusing lens gremlins and spartans against him. I wanted to build hornets, but then decided it is too easy him to get wolverines out.
In my way to take his hook with my army I saw he had cobras locked down behind his scorpions. I got quick kills from his scorpions and decided to continue to his base.
First I took out his vehicle depot. After that the rest was easy. I took down his slow cobras (coming back from his hook) and spartans he made. After avoiding his MAC blast second time he resigned.

they tried to double prophet rush…it just didn’t work…after that they were to far behind on whatever build they were doing and were an easy task for my hogs. GG guess they do well most of the time, they’re trueskill 42 after all

I thought this was a gg
their arby went straight to my arby’s base without getting the hook. There plan was to stop me from getting my hook aswell with some early gunner hogs, Which they did but my arby was right their to rage the hogs ( pure luck). So i got in my hook and went 5-6 canny tanks. they pushed with PT already ( anders gets pt really quick) , we fought them off with rage and canny spartan tanks. I got PT and just kept killing them from the hooks and put a own marine in so we eventually got the eco lead and after several fail pushes and good defending from both sides we won 
another really gg. But mainly because i went gauss which was stupid and a pain in the -Yoink- on that map with those combos.

Aye, the number shown on halo wars.com is merely win% divided by 2 as far as i’m aware. and i suppose theres any number of ways that they could have gotten that reasonably high :S
