Am I the only one that will be basing my choice of my specialization on the aesthetic rewards more than the gameplay mod? I’m gonna pick rogue because of the Carbine skin, then stalker for the helmet and BR skin, and then wetworks for the DMR skin. Just wondering if any one else is basing their choices this way.
You are not alone. I am going for tracker because of armor set and then operator because of Magnum skin.
It’ll be the mod for me. I don’t like any of the specialization armour and I’ve never really cared for weapon skins…
It’s definitely crossed my mind to potential work on unlocking specilizations for their added aestetic values. I haven’t decided whether I’ll act on it though or if I’ll arbitrarily begin unlocking specialization just because I can. I want to first focus on figuring out what playing style suites me and what I can do to maximize my potential for success. Everything else is secondary or just a bonus in the pursuit of greatness. :=)
I’m going to Wetworks for the helmet. Thats really it. I don’t see how each of the things are really that gameplay altering - Stalker might help, but I’m usually the one going on the sprees.
So I go for dat -Yoink!- skin/armor/helmet

So far, I wouldn’t call any of the armor ‘-Yoink!-’ - it looks atrocious
I prefer to actually play with my barbies instead of accessorizing them.
