So basically I’m pretty good with languages, I speak Finnish, English and Chinese with a bit of French and Swedish.
I’d love to learn a secret language, like something from Halo! 
Any confirmation of an existing complete language which one could study online? I’m thinkin forerunner would be -Yoink!- cool, though is it a thing?

I don’t know if this helps at all put there is an article on, I think all Halo Universe languages. Here is Sangheili article, they seem to have an actual basis for their language that can be learned, but once again, I have no idea if this will actually help you. even in the games AI s even have trouble reading forunner so i wouldent count on it but you could still write it
I wanna learn Sangheili.
I don’t believe there are any complete fictional langues for halo. Your best bet is probably J.R.R Tolkiens LOTR elvish language. That is a complete fictional language. Or something from star trek like Klingon…
