I’m not going to say anything about kd showing skill. That would be asking for choas.
Anyways, I’ve noticed that just by playing more, I’ve gotten better.
This is obvious, but I think more people need to see this.
If they aren’t doing to well, they should just play more.

So my KD in reach and 4 were absolutely TERRIBLE.
I didn’t play much matchmaking, ending up in a bad kd due to lack of time.
Now in Halo 5, which I have played more matchmaking in than any other game, I have a
2.25 KD.
I rarely played matchmaking in four and reach… So maybe a .6 in each.
In the end, play more, get better.
That’s plain to see yet a small few don’t see it.
So I made this post for them.
Edit: I also started as a terrible player. I remember the days of a sub 1.0…

Congrats on the improvement. I know one of the reason I keep playing is because improving and seeing that reflected in your CSR is immensely gratifying.

Mine is about a 1.2 but, I’ve experienced many battles so my K/D is pretty low.

but please, I play 6-7 hours per day and I have over 100 BR perfect kills, and over a 1000 sniper head shots, but I only have a k/d of 1.1. TELL ME YOUR SECRETS!!! I know aim and stafe is not everything, but positioning and stuff is important too, but I just don’t know anything about it.

I’m careful about my shield. I almost have 100 perf be kills. I think. Not quite. that’s a lot of sniper headshots though dang xD

Glad you’re enjoying Halo 5 and having a blast. I enjoy it but still have a lot to figure out on it, much more too it than past Halo games IMO.

Your looking at my arena kd, I primarily play warzone. Favorite map is Battle of Noctus
I keep track of mine and it’s been raising the more I play so I agree with what your saying.
