Does any one know how can i unlock this achievement ? every time i try to upload a file it says " a file could not be transferred" !!!
The file sharing system is broken and it has been broken for years, so if you didn’t get the achievement before 2012 like me and others did then its sadly impossible for you to get the achievement. 343 Industries doesn’t care for Halo: Reach anymore

This does not always work when the File Share system is bugged out, but sometimes clearing your system cache, Going back to Reach, downloading any updates necessary, and then quickly uploading your file (While slow) will give you a very short duration that you can upload before it glitches back to broken. Note that this does not always work, probably about 10-30% of the time, and can take many attempts (One time it took me one hour to upload a file doing this rinsing and repeating).

Xbox 360, I’m not sure how Reach plays on the One.
