It gives me an error message saying: “A file could not be transferred”. This happens no matter if I use Halo Reach on the 360 or the X1. Or if I access Reach MP from the actual game itself or from the Halo CEA disc.
On a side note: Halo Waypoint freezes all the time as well. No matter how I access it. Through any of the games or through the actual app.
I did see that some people have unlocked this achievement on TrueAchievements recently. But not sure if they did it legitimately or not.
This is 100% obtainable. I have just uploaded a gametype to my fileshare. What you could do is hop on a match of BTB and, once it ends, go to the temporary files, save the gametype you played on (TU BTB Slayer, for instance), then finally upload it to your file share.
Note: you can do this either on the Xbox 360 or on the One. However, you can’t mix and match files through your temporary files. That’s probably the reason as to why you weren’t able to save them.

I know that the temp files are being deleted when you exit the game. I also know how to upload the files. But when I tell it to upload to file share, the progress bar (on the thumbnail image) slowly fills and when it’s done it says “Error: File could not be transferred”. I will try again tonight, I just manage to finally open my NAT type on the 360 by manually opening every single port. For some reason putting my 360 in the DMZ never opened the ports. So now my X1 is in the DMZ, and 360 is manually opened. What a hassle.

I tried uploading a map and it didn’t work. The gametypes are functional though. Is that what what you tried to put into your fileshare (a map variant)?
Doesn’t even matter what I upload. Just want the damn achievement. After that the servers can go up in flames for all I care.
I tried uploading Screenshots, videos, game types and map variants. Nothing works. However, I can download everything fine.
Same problem on my friend’s account. Although my other friend got it just the other day. Not sure what’s causing it.
I already have the achievement personally, but even when I try to upload to my File Share, it says that the file couldn’t be transferred. Despite saying this, the item still ends up in my File Share. Same goes for my cousin’s account, but she doesn’t have the achievement and it won’t pop.
I have the same problem every time i upload something. I just cant unlock this achievement.
