I don’t know if this might get locked but, would it be a split screen update for Halo 5? I mean when that talk about the Scorpio and stuff suppose to be 4 times powerful. Would it be a update for just the Scorpio?

I’m pretty sure that they confirmed it as not coming. Its not possible to patch in something like split-screen.
