Would anyone else be interested in a humor type armor? Something just utterly ridiculous, and has no real reason to be involved in combat.
Something like a clown outfit, Fireman’s outfit, something easily recognizable, but not overly cumbersome.
What about a Where’s Waldo outfit? Carmen Sandiego? Entire suit is on fire? Golf outfit? Etc?
I would not be interested at all. I like multiplayer to have a serious vibe to it. I didn’t even like Reach’s armor effects.

Although I’d encourage clever easter-eggish armor like H3’s Hayabusa and so forth, I would not like to see such a thing rolling through War Games multiplayer.
