I’m not sure whether this belongs in this category or elsewhere but I might as well put it here, since it relates to Halo 5 and there’s no Waypoint discussion section.
When you make you Waypoint avatar your Halo 4 Spartan, he/she appears in the stance you’ve chosen in-game, which looked great. However, when you choose your Halo 5 Spartan as your avatar, he/she will appear in the default stance, no matter what stance you chose. This is clearly evident on my avatar, as I ditched the default stance ages ago and yet my Spartan is still in said stance in my avatar picture.
I know it’s only a small thing, but I think it’d look much better if they made it so that your forum avatar (if you select your Halo 5 Spartan) appears in the stance you choose in game. Anyone else agree?
I agree, even though I lack a stance to show off, and I don’t use it as my profile anymore. It would be one of the one places to flaunt your stance the most! You can barely seen in in Halo 5. They have to add it in eventually, or at least I hope they do. Once they get the core game in check, I’m sure they can apply the stances to waypoint.
Tbh, aswell as the stances it would be nice if the quality didn’t look like its from Windows 98. Your spartan on Waypoint looks horrible, why the hell isn’t the quality like it is in game, 343 always seem to fail in this area. Bungie had good quality models for your Spartan for Halo 3 and Halo: Reach, heck even Halo 3: ODST. But 343 with Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians, the quality has gone to crap.
