Basically, HALO needs to be the Counter Strike for consoles. Accuracy wins, no bloom, no 2 hit melees, don’t make HALO another super close range spam fest where meleeing and grenade spam wins. I’d can’t stand all these new games coming out and being about a skill requiring as it is to throw a rock in a pond. Please make this a respectable game.

Have you… played halo at all in past years? Its all about having access to non-precision weapons and picking up crazy power weapons to turn things in your favor, no skill required. It’s about casual fun that you can still master. You don’t casually play Counter Strike. Halo never has been, will be and never should be that horribly intense.

tell you what: why dont you get MW3 and join the rest of the like-minded? They are all absorbed about skill and KD and disliking change.
also, ZB leads to more aimbots. The fist is one of Chief’s signature weapons on anything below legendary. Grenade spam works on every game.(especially halo CE) And people who only play occasionally want to have fun, too. They are the majority.

They already did this OP. It was competitive Halo 2.

like the so-called importance of competitive gaming. Most play because they have fun doing it. It kills boredom. Its not the sport you want to think it is.

Who said it was important? When did I say I thought that Halo was a sport? I’m not even a fan of MLG. Does that mean I still can’t enjoy Halo’s competitive side as much as the others?
And finally, fun is subjective to each of us. Who are you to dictate to others what is fun and what isn’t?
