Though I’ve essentially given up on offering credible suggestions to 343 concerning their game, they have made it abundantly clear, they are not listening, nor responding. But that being said, I’ll give it one final kick at the can. Actually a little shocked they haven’t done this already, given the apologetic bulletin a week or so back.
They mentioned, we’re a democracy, and they are listening to us, right? Well why not back that up a little. Implement something as simple as, drum roll please… A weekly poll! Would it kill em to set up something as simple as that? Keep it at the top of the forum for all us players to vote on weekly. Questions/polls like…
What playlist do you the fans want to see next week?
A)Griftball
B)Doubles
C)Multi-team
D)Other
Then act accordingly based on the results, so essentially we can’t complain, cuz we can visually see for ourselves who the majority is. (ps. lord knows why have a “rotating” playlist to begin with, but again ive given up offering help remember)
Anyways so ya, a weekly poll please would be great, free interactive research for all to see. And it couldnt hurt running similar organized polls for CSR, AA, friendly fire, the list goes on. But baby steps first
This is a good idea. Rotational playlists would be okay if they increased the number of permanent playlists by 2-3. Simply not enough playlists right now.

I agree. There needs to be a couple more permanent playlists or allowed in the playlist selection rotation.
If more people posted things like this in the proper forum, maybe they would see more results.
The Halo 4 forum is for general discussion. If you want to make suggestions to how matchmaking works, you should go to the matchmaking forum. That’s why it is there.
Also, they have been on a hard earned break. Many of them were still working (if they weren’t we wouldn’t have new SpOps or the forge test playlist) but they are back in full force. They are responding to more threads now, but not as much during office hours. Because…you know…work.
Buuuut yeah. Making MM suggestions in the general discussion thread is like making menu suggestions to other customers at a restaurant. A lot of them will agree/disagree with you and a manager MIGHT overhear you…but they aren’t going to go out of their way to listen to your conversation.

Bungie barely listened. 343 will never listen.
@Firesenz - I’d rather not get into it, long list. Basically simplistic idea’s such as this one, that would garner positive feedback, research and interaction between the community and 343i. Basic idea’s that are shockingly not implemented already, which makes me question if 343 actually has the right people in place.
