A simple and easier way to get DLC in MM

Add a “Toggle Search for DLC AND Original Maps” and “Search for Original Maps only” option. People in here who have played Modern Warfare 3 might know this small but important feature.

Enabling this will match you with people who have the DLC instead of how it is in Reach where it may or may not match with DLC owners. Not to mention a lot of people will get the DLC for free if they get the LE.

With this 343i won’t have to make playlists in Halo 4 require DLC and won’t cause problems with people who don’t want the DLC

If there is one thing Halo should copy from COD, it’s this.

That might work. Maybe.

Real trouble with DLC is:

  1. if pricy and not worth it, no one buys it. 2) if no one buys it, no one is playing it.

Great example of this was Reach DLC. If I gave $20 to a local charity I would have seen more use of money. DLC playlists had like what, maybe 300 people playing it tops majority of the time.

Which was a pain cause lack of variety of players and the wait times to find a game.

And Bungie, let me use your words here, epic fail!
