I didn’t really have a hard time completing the event challenges, but the fact that there were sometimes none to complete was pretty frustrating. I feel like there should be one section for event challenges and another section for normal challenges.

Or better yet, every challenge available counts towards the event pass, it’s pretty frustrating that they locked off progression to just 7 levels.
But 343 are worried that you won’t come back to the game next month, if you have nothing to grind for…
Gating progression turns the task of progression into a chore, if one wishes to grind an event pass to completion in a week they should be allowed to do so, all you’re doing when you gate it is spacing out that grind which will eventually end.
100% agree.
But the way the suits see it, you’re more likely to go buy something from the store if you keep coming back to the store, rather than just one extended visit.
