So as I explain in the video, I don’t hate Sean as a content creator; I just am calling him out on treating halo fans and ironically, his own fans like -Yoink-. I have reached out to him multiple times and even gave suggestions but he never replied, so I made this:
Just watched your video and you make good points. Sean is cool guy and I’m subbed to him. I just don’t agree with many of his opinions. Also, I don’t know for sure if the moderators will alow this kind of discussion here. Just a heads up. If it’s fine, cool.If it’s a problem, my apologies.
I’m hoping this isn’t considered “calling out” on here and is instead seen as actual friendly criticism. Though personally I’m on the same boat relatively. I liked him at first when he only had a couple vids, but then he really started to rub me the wrong way, especially when he started bring money up a lot more in a very direct and blunt way that made it sound like “it’s all for the money, not the content or fans”. That’s just my take on it though.

it is as this forum really is not meant for providing criticism about specific people. If this was rephrased to completely omit Sean and instead focus on a specific video and present it that way, it be allowed. So, I wont be surprised if this gets locked as all criticisms should be DM’d to that person. Omit them from the post and focus on their content and their points in the post and its fine

I do agree with that as well. This unfortunately doesn’t have too much of a spot on here, maybe r/Halo is a better site for it. Maybe in the Community Creations section would be better on Waypoint, but at the same time it’s still focusing on a single person instead of the franchise as a whole. Though, I do have to say he did a pretty good job with the video though.
