A recurring theme

> I haven’t played the game, not even the Beta, but here is what’s wrong with Halo 5…

You cannot pass accurate judgement or make informed decisions without having hands-on experience with the game, so why are so many people continually posting their complaints on elements that they haven’t yet experienced first hand or vicariously?

Play the game once it drops, then leave your opinions. Wouldn’t that make more sense?

People love to make dramatic prognostications based on dread, based on intuition, based on watching 40 seconds of beta footage on youtube, based on the prophecies of Nostradamus, based on whatever. People are insane.

In Fairness BDobbins, makes a lot of very good points when it comes to the MCC

m8 what? I’ve watched 5 secs of the halo 5 ad, i’m a pro

Wait for the game.

Ik. Whenever I see someone criticizing Halo 5 I always question to make sure they at least played the beta.

I love posting H5 topics in the Destiny forums and see all the haters flood the topic saying Halo is garbage and the last one they played was 3 or 4 and they claim H5 will be the same simply because past titles didn’t do so well. If you haven’t even played the beta or even kept up on the information about the title, your ideas/claims hold absolutely no merit.

That’s the main argument on these forums, “it looks bad but I have no clue why. I haven’t played it, not even during the beta. Not going to waste my money on this trash.” Such a logical argument…

There are many people who played the beta who complain. Don’t make it seem like everyone who complains hasn’t played the beta.

P.S. You don’t need to play the beta to judge the way everything looks (Campaign missions, spartan colors, elites, splitscreen, playlists, forge delay, etc.). And yes, you can even judge gameplay. Sure, when you play it, you may change your mind. But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that the gameplay is completely different from previous games.

What they are essentually saying is, I’ve have never tasted this food, but based on its appearance, I -Yoinking!- hate it and I am absolutely infallible in thinking so.

It’s just human nature, and there’s nothing we can do about it.

It’s human nature to be inquisitive, curious, subjective.

People go all Shia LaBeouf, and they just do it. You can’t stop them. You can’t prove them wrong. Their hateful opinion will help no one.

Armchair experts…oh wait, that actually applies here :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Only thing I have disliked so far being announced and that I have seen/played during the beta is their preview policy at this final juncture of the games release
