Sounds like a Halo-gears game. However i don’t see many chances… 
Same as specific person winning the jackpot on specific lottery, thus becoming a millionaire?

3rd Person-style game? I think Halo could make a great spinoff in that style. A game about a Spartan hunting Brutes or Flood? Not so sure. Maybe the idea needs to be expanded upon. Like I wouldn’t mind a 3rd Person game focusing on a biohazard containment team (can’t remember what they are called, but they are named in the Spartan Field Manual) who is deployed to stop Flood outbreaks.
And with Locke as the protagonist. The hunter.
Or better The headhunters.
Maybe with a good gameplay and a good history.
Who knows.
Honestly, I don’t think it has a lot of chances being made. The whole ‘third-person’ thing kind of strays far away from the classic Halo formula. I still think it sounds cool, though (The flood & brutes part seems like it could happen).
