I haven’t played halo for until a few weeks ago because all of the Halo 4 news got me back into it.
Today (14/6/2012) I decided to play some Grifball despite the fact I stopped playing it back in the day during Halo 3 and the dawning days of reach because Grifball League teams would constantly ruin games as they would always come in groups of 6 or 7 and then have 1 or 2 of there team betray any player who wasn’t part of the group while the others work on exploits and strategies for the coming league game. This ticked me off so much as league team members would often taunt the other players like myself and (I ashamed of this) forced me to quit the game.
However, I was very surprised to see that after 5 or so games, this didn’t happen and after 30 games, I was enjoying myself again and actually being able to play the game.
My Question is why and when did this stop and who is to thank for this, Rooster Teeth, Bungie or 343?
You’re on a pure luck spree, I always get betrayed in Grifball.
Glad you’ve enjoyed the playlist!
The playlist is maintained by GrifballHub.com. We have rules against our league players misbehaving in matchmaking (griefing, stat-padding, etc).
There are still griefers out there, though. Like all objective gametypes, Grifball is most fun when you go in with a full team. There are lots of people out there in the Grifball community who are happy to jump into matchmaking with you, if you’re interested.

Well thanks and well done to all at the GrifballHub for keeping the playlist fun and well maintained.
