So one of the bonuses and possibly the most appealing are the 9 DLC maps. But does anyone know if these are those ‘already on the disk trololololo’ Downloadable content(s).

They’re not. You’re basically downloading a pass that allows you to download them for free when they are released sometime after November 6.
They are not as they aren’t even created. They are 3 future map pack dlc that will be release after launch.

The words “post launch” and “future DLC” kinda explain it.
