I’m fairly certain this will have already been asked, but has anyone else noticed that when you get a certain piece of armour or a helmet, you tend to get the corresponding piece to it shortly after? I.E you open a pack and get shinobi chest, and then a day or so later you get the shinobi helmet. Does getting a certain piece of armour increase your chances of getting the rest of that set?
I believe that is the case. However, due to the RNG nature of the REQ system, it may take a while to get matching armors and helmets within a short amount of time.
It does have an affect on drop rates. Let’s say there are 30 common armor sets and you’re buying bronze packs. In the 1st pack you get a Recon helmet, in the next pack, you get the matching armor. It happened fairly often when I was going through bronze packs back in the days.
Still waiting to get my wrath armour its been like a month since I got the armour.
Also I think it has something to do with how many armor prices in that req lvl

Yeah. It makes sense that they would do that. I’ve also noticed it happen to me a few times.

Lucky you
It happend a few times but it doesnt seem to affect every piece.
Usually that is the case, but sometimes the second piece may come after a few pack openings, while other cases may open in the next one.

In my experience, I could only see the effect on the Common, Uncommon, and Rare pieces of armor. Although, there were some instances where you would get one Legendary piece first, then the matching piece in the next pack.

I believe it happens with ultra rare and mythic too, but it takes longer perhaps? For example with my indomitable erod (idk how to do the accent on the o please don’t hate me) The helmet turned up a couple of days later, and tonight after getting the gungnir body on Monday (I think), I finally pulled the gungnir helmet.
Then again on the other hand, there was a good two or three weeks between me getting noble helmet and the respective body piece, so it’s honestly hard to say.
