Does it count as camping if I’m in a high point (like on top of the garage, on top the building in truth or regret, etc.) and I’m sniping? Is it bad that in infection I find a place I can survive? Okay, the latter is probably camping…
If so I’m literally a happy camper.

I’d say if you’re sniping you’re not a camper, snipers are supposed to sit back not be up front.

No on the garage, yes on infection.
Camping is a legitimate tactic. Anyone who says otherwise is just bitter and is looking for an excuse for a loss.

Maybe but it’s still frowned upon…even when a lot of camping tends to involve spawn camping or unfair advantage that the other player can’t counter well due to an exploit that players shouldn’t be allowed to do like map exploitation.
It’s a form of camping, I guess. Albeit a very fun form of it. I think it’s fine as long as you’re not doing it for literally the entire match every match.
