It’s been established for a while that you have to have bought the LE or have played before the 20th in order to get the code to unlock the other 6 specializations, and that certain parts of the world won’t get the codes.
So my question is this.
What if you don’t have the LE AND you don’t live inside the catchment zone? What if we you live in Europe?
Will specializations be unlocked through an update later on or are we forever doomed to be level 70 for the rest of time?
